- 1 tube of sqeezy marmite
- Bag of dried fruit and nuts
- 3 bags of chocolate M&Ms
- 3 large chocolate bars
- 2 loaves of Soreen.
- 12 dehydrated deserts.
I took too much food so this could be cut back by about a third. I'd also recommend sorting food into daily ration bags.
